Pin Style Art Commission

Process

1. Read all of the details, including the terms and conditions. Message me for any questions or concerns that you have
2. Complete and submit the art commission form. Be detailed in describing what you want. You can see the format of the form on the last part of this page.
3. If I accept your commission, I'll send you a message with the price quotation.
4. Once you've agreed to the price, I will send an invoice to your PayPal.
5. 50% deposit must be made before I start working. Turnaround time is 1-4 weeks. If rush, I should be informed beforehand.
6. I will send a sketch where you can still ask for major revisions, then I will proceed to finalize the artwork.
7. Once you have approved the final artwork, I will send an invoice for your remaining balance.
8. Your payment must be completely successful before I send the files to you via email. I'll send you a link to the files on Google Drive within 24-48 hours. The following items will be included in the folder:
1 PSD file, if its for commercial use
1 PNG file without a watermark
1 PNG file with a watermark

Terms and Conditions
1. By completing and submitting your form, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to all of the details stated.
2. If I accept your commission request, I will collect half of the payment before beginning the artwork. The rest of the payment will be collected before I email the final artwork to you.
3. You may only use my artwork for personal use. For commercial use, you have to pay for COMMERCIAL FEE which costs 30 USD plus the additional percentage of profit per product (usually 10%). You can choose a one-time payment but you have to give me a price proposal
4. Commissions cannot be canceled once the full price has been paid. If you wish to cancel after paying the 50% deposit, I will not refund any money, and as the artist, I reserve the right to use the artwork in any way I see fit.
5. I have the right to decline any commissions for any reason.
6. I can do a maximum of 4 free revisions only: 2 Major or Minor revisions during layout/sketching only and 2 MINOR revisions in finalizing phase. If you have a problem with the artwork, you must discuss it with me.
7. I, as an artist, can use the commission for my portfolio, and/or for self-promotion.
8. Tag me as the artist when posting the artwork
